Pat Saphyakhajon is a professionally trained chef and caterer under his brand name Another Pat Creation. He was born in Chicago, Illinois, then moved to California where his love for food quickly grew. His mom (a RN) cooked authentic Thai and Chinese cuisine, and dad (a Pediatrician) barbecued on the grill when time permitted. He learned various techniques from his parents and at the age of 10, helped his mom at his school fair to make deep fried spring rolls and her famous fried rice, further sparking his love of cooking, which set him off on his path to becoming a Chef.
Pat followed his dream by attendingand graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. From there, Chef Pat was born and he went to work for the Ritz Carlton in Pasadena, California where he trained and worked for 20 years. He has also worked with Animal Catering & Union Restaurant in Pasadena, as well as staging dinners in Thailand, New York, Los Angeles.
Currently, Pat offers cooking classes, private dinners, and paired dinners, and will cater for larger music events. He is known for his love of rich flavors & extensive knowledge of ingredients to craft creative fusion meals.He has cooked for many celebrities including Tommy Chong, Jim Belushi, Louie Vega, and others!

"We had Patrick host a weed infused birthday party and it was the best decision I ever made. He was not only a great chef but also very personable. We told him that the party had to be moved at the last minute (a day and half before) and somehow he magically had everything in time. At the dinner, he brought joints for us and which got us all hyped. All meals werefantastic, not a single dish let us down. From the steak with the honey and chimichurri to the whipped polenta & shrimp scampi, one could arguably say we were in heaven. Oh I cannot forget the Thai Tea Tiramisu.
